I love how my mail, meds from the VA, sits in the distribution center for DAYS! Not to mention the countless times it’s been rerouted the entirety wrong direction. I’m so over this hub. Get some new employees or train the ones you have better. This has been going on for multiple years now

We came in for passport walk-in and they let us stand there for 30 minutes before rudely saying they are not taking walk-ins. They didn’t even bother to put up a sign, let alone update the website. By far the rudest and most unprofessional manager I’ve ever encountered. She had zero regard that our family completely rearranged our afternoon. USPS had great employees but she is a poor reflection on the organization.

I had a very disappointing experience at this facility while trying to use their fingerprinting services. When I arrived, there were already several people waiting at the counter, and none of the staff seemed available or interested in assisting anyone. Some individuals mentioned they had been waiting for over an hour and were simply told to “sit aside.” I joined them and waited for another hour, but still, no one came to help or even acknowledge us. I approached a staff member—a lady officer in the building—to ask what was going on. She kindly attempted to contact the supervisor, but unfortunately, no one answered her calls either. Overall, I spent more than an hour waiting without receiving any service or communication from the staff. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If the facility is unable to provide fingerprinting services due to lack of staffing or organization, it should not be listed as an available service. I strongly advise others to avoid this location for fingerprinting, as it clearly does not value customers’ time. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

I wonder: do they actually train their employees to display such a lack of manners and utter disregard for others? The young woman on duty there today—at the 3:00 PM shift—has absolutely zero moral fiber; even wild animals possess better manners than she does. She wouldn't even let anyone get a word in to ask a question. Her constant refrain—the only phrase on her lips—was, "I cannot help you." She repeated this to everyone. If these employees are incapable of providing assistance, then why keep them there in the first place? You might as well leave their workstations empty, for they do nothing but exhibit extremely poor behavior. In the end, I lost the items I was searching for—possessions purchased with my own hard-earned money, earned through the sweat of my brow and sheer toil—and I left feeling utterly frustrated. I couldn't find a single person willing to listen to me. And when I encountered that young woman behaving in such a manner, I walked out exactly as I had walked in—empty-handed. My entire day was wasted, and I couldn't even manage to verify the exact whereabouts of my belongings. This came on the heels of their failure to deliver the package to my home address—a failure they didn't even make an attempt to rectify. To then behave in such a manner at the very location where I was supposed to retrieve my items is simply appalling. What truly terrible service! Zero Star

The old black lady with glasses that works here is miserable and useless. It literally says online that I can come here and get a paper passport application for me to fill out before my appointment to make it go faster. She says “oh well not my problem I don’t have any applications print it out” Not everyone has access to a printer! They’re useless & unprofessional! It’s 1pm and the line has 10 plus people waiting with just that old black lady taking her good ole time.
