Don't go inside of the office. No one acknowledged me for several minutes before 2 people came saying she'll be with you. I waited another 15 minutes before she actually came to service. I felt time wasn't valued. She indicated that it was only her to get their delivery but there were 2 other people who came out before her. So IDK

Unbelievable how my documents were left on the floor of my mailbox where anyone! Could have taken it! This is unacceptable!!!

This post office (likely many others) get the hate because people typically review after bad results. I get that, annoying experieces stink. However most don't bother with compliments as good service is overlooked. Today, I needed a critical certified letter, late for delivery. The teller was very helpful and found my letter. So Iam happy to give the Ellamont post office some love 💙

No problems other than the post office boxes not available during lunch.

I received a notice stating that no one was available at the time of delivery, which is false! I have camera footage showing the mail handler didn't attempt to knock or ring my Ring camera doorbell. She just put the slip in the mail box and walked away😅 smh I guess it was hard to just do either.
