I am a Disabled Senior. I reside in the 800 Block of Argonne Drive. 21218. I was told to leave my stamped addressed letters in my mailbox and the Carrier would take it. ! Hilarious the letter has been the mailbox since November 6 today is Nov 11 2025. This is so irritating because if you leave it stuck on top someone will actually take it or move it. We have to make sure all packages are personally tracked if not they steal those. No mailbox. I very seldom use the mail but this s. Is totally ridiculous. The mail carriers (Females) very seldom even speak The Men if you catch them will speak and take the mail. Sometimes their music or phone conversations are so loud you can hear them whenever they come in the building . Im on the second floor sometimes by the time I get downstairs they’re / gone can’t hear me calling them earbuds in full effect. Guess I ride up to Towson Shopping Center. I remember seeing a mailbox there. Sounds crazy but to get to to the Near (Waverly) Post Office I would have to far to walk to get to the damn bus to get there. Towson it is. Whatever happened to Folks in any type of customer service like doing their damn. And if they didn’t like still did it right. At least try to help the public. ….Why would I put a stamped ready to go letter in there ? Duh ? Constantly getting a neighbors mail in my box smdh it’s too exhausting I will take the bus ride.

On 6/24/24, I was supposed to receive a package, which was being delivered by the post office. Around 11 pm, I saw that the package was marked as “delivered” and reported that the package was picked up from the postal office at 9:40 pm. Upon checking my mailbox and front porch, my package was not there. The next day, I contacted customer service and attempted to call the Govans post office, which is my local post office. Their phone is constantly off of the hook so customers cannot get through. My boyfriend physically went to the post office due to them not answering the phone. After looking for the package, they told him that they were unable to locate it. The next day, 6/26/24, I received a call stating that they still haven’t found the package. It’s clear that an employee was able to steal my package and management did absolutely nothing about it. How can I pick up something at 9:40 pm when the post office is closed?

Govans York Rd has bad customer service. I went there on the morning of 9-29-25 and the employee working the window lacked patience, talked over me and talked at me. I just had questions about the tracking of my package. I never want to go to this location again.

I haven't received my mail in 5 days. I have informed delivery so I see everything that is supposed to come the day of. It's either their lazy and don't deliver mail when they're supposed to or they are stealing it. It's a shame that you have to trust people to do right and they won't.
