Reading the reviews, I was a little nervous prior to the passport appointment I had scheduled for my daughter. However, I am pleased to report that the lady working there was kind, helpful and extremely patient with us while we got all the documents together and taking my daughter’s pictures. It was a great and stress free experience!

their hours are so inconsistent it’s kinda a gamble. the door says they are open mon-fri 9a-5p. the gate was closed monday at 10:35a (as shown in the pic). went wednesday at 4:55 to be told they close at 4:55p?? phewwwww good luck!

I was worried about going to this location because of all the reviews but it was a great experience. Everything was super fast and straightforward. The usps worker was friendly and I didn't have any problems. Some background, I went at 4 pm on a Monday and there was no line and plenty of street parking. • I went to drop off depop packages and they scanned and printed my QR code and gave me my receipt

I came to drop off a package and checked that the post office would be open based on their posted schedule, and upon arriving, it was closed. I push the customer service button that’s located outside and no one answered. There was no notice either in the doors that it was going to be closed.

Unprofessional & Lazy. Had a passport appointment the day after labor day. Older lady refused to service me in my time slot. After arriving 10 minutes early per their instructions. Clearly was unprepared for it because she didn't even know what services were requested for my appointment. She denied a document because she wasn't sure if it would be accepted. After calling vital records and consulting another postal service worker. I returned (5 minutes later) and she told me my appointment was over. Even though it was still inside of my 15 min window. I kindly asked for her name and she denied. So here we are. Hopefully she retires and gets out of the way of a person that has the energy and competence to do the job. Avoid this office if possible! Asked for a manager and received 3 different numbers. None of which worked!
