I am very disappointed honestly. Some of these new mail carriers don’t pick up my packages. For example today a young lady came and my packages been sitting out there since this morning and she looked at them and left. It says pick up mail below. You all need to hire people who aren’t lazy and wants to work. This is so disappointed. I am a business owner and my packages don’t get picked up often. I have to go to another location to get it dropped off because I know that they will not pick it up. Then I called in for them to pick it up, and the lady on the phone said that she will call the mail carrier to pick up my stuff and it’s 5:29 and my packages are still out there’s now I have to take it to another post office myself so it can be sent on time. This has happened several times. I don’t recommend this post office. and the sad part about it is that I even have this person on camera, looked at the package and left. You all need to train people again!

Went here to send a certified letter nobody was in here which was great. Eric helped me out. He gave great service. I appreciate them. He deserves a raise. He was very helpful because I wasn’t very familiar with the process. Solid post office. Not a lot of attraction. enjoy my experience, very helpful employee by the name of Eric.

I have video from my security camera that you never delivered my package yesterday even though you told me you delivered it. Baltimore gets a bad rep because of clowns like them at the post office.

Ur energy, smile and attitude is contagious. I hope ur supervisor and USPS appreciates u and u never change who u r. I was having a rough morning today and u really made my day better. Eric is one of the few reasons NOT to shut this location down. He is the epitome of customer service and helpfulness. He deserves an award for excellence.
