Wanted to do an international change of address and the clerk lied to my face saying they only do domestic. I called USPS and confirmed there should be no issues with an international change of address and to visit another branch, which I happily did.

If I could give negative stars I would. It smells awful in here. Workers are extremely rude and lazy. They answer personal calls in the middle of a transaction. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Standing here for 20 minutes only one customer was taken care of. Ridiculous!

I recently visited the USPS Highlandtown location for the first time, and I had a great experience. The location is very convenient and close to my house. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing, and despite the time, the staff was incredibly helpful. Dominic, the lady who assisted me, was very friendly and patient. I had a few questions about mailing, and she took the time to explain everything clearly and even educated me on the proper way to handle my mail. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you, Dominic, for your excellent service!

One of the worst Post Offices ever. More than 10 people waiting for service and only one person working the counter. We asked where is everyone? Is there anyone to help? The answer was they didn’t care. How in the world these people keep a job and get paid. Poor customer service and complete carelessness. I have Ben in line for 35 mins and it didn’t move once.

If I could rate with negative Numbers I would do it for sure the lady that works there is extremely rude and unprofessional never again they should fire her, specially if you don’t speak fluent english never never go to that place …
