I just want to know why the mail carriers REFUSE TO READ the mail hold I have in place for the past 2 weeks, and they STILL deliver ALL MAIL and PACKAGES, and even REFUSE TO READ the stickers that the ONLY GOOD mailman they have on our route placed on the mailbox with our last name, and they STILL not only deliver our mail that's "on hold" but a BUNCH of people's mail who no longer live here TOO!!!! Made it easy for them to have myself pick up the mail and packages AFTER I get back in town, what's the point of mail hold and them sending me the confirmation if they CAN'T READ!!! I can't wait to get a P.O. Box and move my family out of this trash neighborhood!!! SMH

I went in today to handle some business, and was met with passive aggressiveness, shortness, and Holly (agent helping me) acted as if I was interrupting her. When I came I. The post office, she was sitting down on her phone, so maybe that’s what I was interrupting. I don’t often leave negative reviews, but the service today was deplorable.

It gets worst. Can’t even follow a simple hold mail request because ONCE AGAIN, pieces of mail that was supposed to have been held I have not received and probably won’t. Add to my already long list of scanned images of mail addressed to me from informed delivery that I will never ever receive. I’ve never seen so much incompetence and nobody at the post office can give a straight answer of what the problem is. If they have a scanned image of it, where is it and why I never get it after waiting for it for days or weeks?And they had the nerve to send me a USPS catalog! They can send that but can never deliver my regular mail that I’m actually expecting according to the ill informed delivery. ALL I WANT IS MY MAIL, ALL OF IT on a consistent basis. And an answer to why and how is my mail going missing or possibly being misdelivered this much? USPS is just plain reckless and I’m over it.

This location goes far and beyond to make sure I get my packages. Holly does a wonderful job with giving great customer service. Also, my mail carrier does a good job with making sure I receive my packages and mail. Thank you 🥰

Only 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. My wife and I made appointments to get our passport photos taken while processing our applications 3 weeks in advance and arrived extra early only to be told they couldn't issue money orders. Thankfully we were there early so we rushed to a nearby post office to get the money orders and return in time for our appointments only to be told this time that they couldn't take our photos. We were told that if we could get a photo and return within the 15 minutes of our appointment window, then we could still be served but that wasn't physically possible. I understand that things happen but I provided my phone number and email when I made the appointment so y'all couldn't make a call or send an email stating that photos were unavailable today?? Or at the very least tell us the first time we made it to the window???
