I really didn't like the service at this USPS branch! I expected better service! I went to mail two different packages to two different states, and the clerk was extremely grumpy—he didn't even give me a chance to explain the details of each package! As for the people waiting for me to finish mailing—well, if you're in a shipping line, you simply have to wait, regardless of how many packages are being sent; nobody has the right to question that

This is unreal! USPS is open till 12 a.m. and open on Sunday. And plenty of parking spots in the center of downtown Boston. I first read the review on Google, and they said this USPS really opens till midnight and you won’t have any issues finding a parking spot. I was not sure and could not believe it at first, but it is real! The staff is also friendlier than at other USPS locations. 5/5!

The customer service here is so warm and friendly! I had to drop off a late night package on the weekend and the woman who assisted me at the front was so nice! Really don't get this much around anymore so it was wonderful to experience all around. Also they do indeed have free 15 minute parking spaces in the lot right outside -- plenty of space for a city. Highly recommend! Also they're even open on Sundays.

Schedule appointment for passport and expect to WAIT!!! People ahead of you do not take photo copies or have their passport photos and need those taken. The government site tells you, you need birth certificate copies (you do not need these). You do not need SS card either. Save yourself time and aggravation. Let them do everything for you. Following the government process is wrong. The website is wrong. Man at front desk here is not helpful, doesn’t listen, doesn’t care. He’s been here for a long time and he is not understanding or helpful

Barry is very kind and knowledgeable. He helped to make sure I had everything for my passport renewal and took the time to make sure it was filled out correctly before shipping it off. 10/10
