This can be a busy location with lines so be prepared. When entering through the Cheesecake Factory entrance. Go up escalator and take a left. Located right next to the Shake Shack. The man was super helpful. The self help machine was not working.

Low employee helpfulness/competence. Mailed something certified mail 8 weeks ago. Never delivered. Filed an online claim. Told me to go to the post office to provide additional information. The lady here yelled at me and told me to do everything online, which is contradictory to other info recieved. She didn't even try to look anything up. She either didn't know what to do, or didn't give enough of a crap to try and find out. 0 stars. Would not recommend.

It’s actually in the pro center and a little hard to find but very good quick service highly recommend

Best USPS experience ever! I approach the counter with only one person before me and Rocco saw my passport photo & forms and walked me through the whole process so fast I barely had time to think, and it was done! I have never felt such support at the post office! If you are close enough, and it’s convenient to go to this location over any of the others, I would highly recommend it!

The woman that works there is always rude and acts like I work for her. Never answers questions, I asked her for help, she answered how do I know. Awful experience. USPS should hire competent employees
