My last review about the guy with the beard is still right but the old lady with the glasses is so rude and didn’t look helpful at all. I had a similar problem where a package was sent back to a facility and last time the guy with the beard was able to call them and they were able to ship it. this time the lady just kept saying she didn’t know and when she asked for the address I gave her the street one and she paused and asked me to continue like oh I’m sorry I didn’t know I’m in Salem?? You tell me your post office is next to BU but you don’t know the address is a Commonwealth one? Don’t give me that sarcasm

Brought a package with poly cord strapping exactly how it was delivered to me (via usps) and was shipping elsewhere worker made me cut the strapping then told me oh now you need to buy tape. Proceeded to tell me where to write my name on the package in the wrong spot 3x. Then took 20 mins just to print the label

This post office is an absolute embarrassment the delivery service is the worst I have ever seen and the people working here act like they are allergic to doing their job they lose important mail like it is nothing credit cards government letters medical documents all gone and nobody cares every time I report it I get the same useless copy paste response with zero action zero accountability and zero improvement how do you call yourself a postal service when you cannot even deliver a letter to the correct address the level of incompetence here is unbelievable and honestly if this location disappeared tomorrow it would probably improve mail delivery in the whole area this place needs a complete overhaul because whatever is happening inside is beyond broken

employee at counter was arguing on the phone with her kid during entire transaction with the man in front of me. come to my turn, i ask to ship my package and she says “yep, ready when you are.” i tell her “yes im ready” to which she very rudely explained how my package was actually not ready to be shipped (an honest mistake,) and then told me “people act like being alive is hard, but being a parent is hard.” after i fixed everything and went back up to ship my package, she continued to just be curt the entire transaction. transaction around 3:20 on 11/18.

The woman working today was extremely rude. I watched her talk down to people who came to the counter and when it was my turn I was certainly no exception. No one with such aggression and attitude should be working in customer service.
