Terrible management. There was only one clerk working, and instead of processing customers in order, they kicked me out of my spot at the counter and told me to wait until the end of the line because I had multiple packages. It is not the customer's fault that USPS offers Label Broker IDs for groups. The clerk was impatient and disrespectful. The clerk spent over 10 minutes assisting the person who had been in front of me with a "hold mail" request, yet treated my transaction as a burden. I had followed all instructions and even had all my packages labeled to ensure a smooth process. When the clerk finally scanned my items, it took less than 5 minutes.

I experienced an issue where my mail appeared to have been opened after it was delivered to our mailbox. I submitted an inquiry and received a call the very next day letting me know they had investigated the situation, contacted their team (who have been excellent), and put precautions in place going forward. A member of the office also followed up with me in person, which gave me peace of mind and showed a genuine commitment to resolving the concern. While it ultimately turned out not to be a USPS issue, they helped direct me to the appropriate group to contact and reassured me that they took the matter seriously.

Nope a year ago

Two women at front are extremely rude and unprofessional. Went for passport photo & was turned away because they claim it was break time, then tossed my paperwork across desk it lands on floor. Instead of apologizing she says u can leave then smirks. That let me know it was done purposely. I Will be reporting them immediately , no one should have to be treated this way. Horrible experience I ever witnessed in my adult life

Employees are very nice however I can’t believe it’s 2025 and I had to leave and sit in rush hour Boston traffic to go home and print a physical return label because their system couldn’t scan a QR/label and they “don’t have a printer.”
