10am appointment booked and no acknowledgment of the customer patiently waiting at the window to be assisted. Everyone was just walking by with no update, be right with you, nothing. Customer service here does not exist. Definitely visit another location.

Workers are rude as hell. I don’t know how this location is still open. Every time that I have came to this location to do business it’s always been an issue with your workers having nasty attitude and being rude. Even today, the Worker, not listening to me when I clearly stated what I wanted, took so much time to process my transaction that it caused my Lyft ride to leave me and I am very far away from home and it’s freezing cold outside. Writing this as I try to figure out how to get home from this area.

This place is the WORST!! Customer service is non existent, the employees are laughing and fooling around with a huge line, with most of the customers here being elderly they should either fire this group of employees, and hire some people that actually want to work.. and the passport employees on the other side has super nasty attitudes.. I’m never coming back here again!!

Came in on a Tuesday morning to check on a status of my mail not being delivered and picking up mail. Didn't have any issues and the person at the front desk was very helpful.

Went there just to drop a package off. The Post office closed at 5:00pm , I made it by 4:55 coming from work and needed so desperately to drop this package off, there was no one else in there. The doors were locked at 4:55 and the woman that was there. She stated we’re closed and I said it’s not 5 o’clock yet she looked at me. I looked at her. She turned around and kept walking.
