AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Brandon, one of the workers, is extremely rude and unprofessional. In response to a customer trying to figure out where a lost package was, he yelled at the customer very loudly for daring to ask for a higher level of help. The package is not there even though the USPS tracking number says it is ready for pickup. Yelling at someone is never acceptable.

Clerk was very rude. She clearly didn't want to answer any questions I had, and skipped past options on the pinned. I tried to select an email receipt but she went and printed it before I had the chance to. But was friendly with what I assume are regular customers.

What wrong is about marked as delivered without any parcel showing up at my locker? It’s even label as return to sender earlier! The customer service is such a joke on your website that no one can find a way to really contact you guys!

My mom and I always come here because it's supposedly the closest USPS to our house and there's a lady who works here who's always very nice to us. But today it was just my mom delivering some packages like she usually does and a guy who works there was being very reluctant and making derogatory comments toward my mom out loud saying that she shouldn't come here and should go to another post office and the worst thing is he wasn't even assisting her. Maybe he thought my mom didn't speak English but obviously my mom knows English and understood everything and she felt bad because She was always kind from the start and she knows that if she answered him there was going to be a big problem so she had to stay quiet. That was very rude and shows a great lack of empathy. My mother is just doing her job and she pays for this service, and it's not fair that this guy takes advantage of customers by making those kinds of comments out loud.

I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and unhelpful. She was on the phone the entire time and seemed irritated when I asked basic questions. When I inquired about different services, she abruptly told me to "check the website or Call USPS" and made it clear she had no intention of assisting further. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customer service like this is unacceptable at a public service counter.
