But between the two of these Zax, they can accommodate a wide swath of mail and other parcels you might decide you need to randomly visit this location to deliver

Always helpful in my 10-year experience. The mail carriers are cool, too, and very accommodating of requests to forward and secure packages at my discretion. 👍

I recently came to this post office to send my wedding invitations. When I first arrived I showed a female member of their staff my invitations and asked if I needed anything beyond stamps, she said no, after weighing my envelopes but neglected to notice or mention that the seals on the back of my envelope would cost more. I spent an hour prepping the envelopes in the lobby and it was only when I went back to desk to send them off that her coworker noticed that I had seals and said it would cost extra. The lady then gave me attitude and told me I should have told her to look at both sides of my envelope as if she would have been ok with me telling her how to do her job. She then proceeded to try to charge me for additional stamps - that had school busses on them - rather than apologize for her mistake. I ended up taking my business to another office. I wish I remembered her name so I could make a final complaint because I noticed she was not polite to other customers the hour I spent there.

I dropped by for passport renewal a day earlier than my appointment and the staff was so nice and accepted my application. One person specially was working so hard. I have to say that I had gone to Milk st. Post office first where 3 people were behind the counter and the guy said no I am busy. The place was not busy at all but he had the right to reject since I was early. So this branch went out of it way and provided service. It’s nice to see people care and help when they can. Thank you

I had an amazing experience with Martiza getting passports for my two newborn daughters. She was so patient, kind and helpful! Very grateful to have her walk me through the process!
