The staff here are very friendly. I forgot to put the birthday card in the gift package at first, so I asked if I could get another bag. The staff was very generous and immediately gave me a new one and helped me with the packaging. Thank you very much for your patience!

If youre the kind of person that looses receipts and you need yours to be emailed, you need to start the conversation with that. I got here maybe twice per year and it comes up on the screen and I am reaching for that "email receipt" button, the person im working with advances past the option- defaulting to "print only". I am certain this is intentional since it happens every time and their apology comes across with a "awwwww, poor baby!" vibe and the "you're too slow" part is implied. I will definitely visit this location again because its right near work and I like emotional abuse. 🙃

Stopped here , sending packages. The guy , named Jun (or Jin) was awesome. Super friendly , even borrowed tapes to me , instead of selling. Awesome guy.

The African-American women working there was extremely rude. Didn’t give me an envelope or tape until I asked for it, even tried to take the tape away. Acting like I owed her money when I just paid $20 online for that mail.

Wow! Chuck was so kind and even stayed open a few minutes late to help me mail my taxes. The whole transaction was quick, easy, and pleasant. I was surprised because this was dissimilar to my experience at other post offices. Thanks Chuck!
