I have been visiting this US Postal Service branch for a while now, and usually have had very good experiences. There is a black woman employee at the left of the counters who is always very friendly, helpful, and loves chatting with customers. She has helped me several times already. However, my most recent visit was quite different. This time, I was greeted by a black woman with glasses. (I saw someone post a photo in the review talking about a bad experience, the photo was her.) She worked at the middle counter, and her attitude was extremely rude from the very beginning. She kept staring at us with very unfriendly eyes, which made things very uncomfortable. I needed a few seconds to pull up my QR code on my phone, so I said, "Sorry, just a few seconds." Unfortunately, the phone signal was poor at that time, so it took some time. She not only didn't wait patiently but also said in a very sarcastic tone, "So more than two seconds?" and kept staring at us. The entire interaction process felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Honestly, it made us feel very uncomfortable. And it felt like she might be a bit discriminatory. Working in the service industry, I understand that sometimes you can be extremely busy, but since you have chosen this job, basic courtesy and respect are really important. If someone is clearly unwilling to provide these, it can seriously affect the customer experience.

I come to this USPS fairly regularly and it’s usually staffed by the same two women. They’re unbelievably patient and kind and they go out of their way to help customers. Genuinely the best, most stress-free post office experience I’ve had.

I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this USPS location. The employee in the picture I took was extremely rude—so much so that I walked out in tears. I went in for help with a package that my tracking number showed as delivered there, but instead of assisting me, she was dismissive and unprofessional. She repeatedly told me that the tracking number “should start with nine,” but never explained that she meant I should start reading it from the nine. When I tried to show her a picture of my tracking number, she ignored me and kept cutting me off, repeating, “It starts with nine, it starts with nine,” before moving on to the next customer. When I asked for her name to report her, she refused to give it to me, saying, “The manager will know who I am because I’m the only one working at this time.” That’s why I took a picture—if she hates her job that much, she should quit instead of taking it out on customers. She has no idea what people are going through, and there is no excuse for treating anyone that way. From the moment I walked in, I could feel her negative energy. I hope USPS addresses this because no one should have to go through an experience like this. God bless this lady—she clearly needs help.

Easily one of the most unprofessional, disorganized locations I've been to. I scheduled an appointment for my passport well within the given passport appointment hours, only to be be told to come in another day. None of the dates and times I was given worked for me, nor did it reflect the hours displayed on the website. I had to press for a vague and extremely dissatisfying explanation as to why the time slot that was made available suddenly no longer worked.

This woman in the picture was super rude and unprofessional to customers and refuse to help me check the statues of my shipping after I nicely asked her to. While the other kind staff member helped me checking, she kept swearing to me and said specifically she select people she want to help. High potential of racism. Will report to USPS customer service. She needs to be fired.
