USPS Sorting Facility

RA054340577US A registered package has sat in Boston regional facility since 20 May and has had no updates since 26 May. It is now at day 12 since it was shipped. Local USPS told me in a perfect world 3 to 10 days. We are well past. Anyone able to answer why or had a similar scenario please help!

Why did you guys send my package to Indianapolis in Philadelphia? My package was at the boston distribution center ready to be delivered but you guys made a bad mistake. My package was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday but never moved from Boston distribution center and then it’s flying around the country, absolutely ridiculous. How the heck do you send someone else’s package all the way to Philadelphia? Are you kidding me? Horrible service.

None of the offices or facilities i call answer their phone , you’re stuck waiting to connect on a call and it’s an endless ring then an automated voice that doesn’t help at all. It’s even worse in person, majority of the employees I’ve encountered have the worst unprofessional attitude

Ordered a package a month ago that was supposed to be delivered by February 19th. Still not in and the tracking says it’s been sitting at this facility for 2 weeks now.

The package handler scanned my package at the location & I have still yet to receive my item usps says the gps location says it was shipped to the right address but wrong building I had security help me look I yet have still to get anything yet.
