Take a late lunch because they closed from 1-2 which is the wildest thing I’ve ever seen at a post office that’s only open during business hours, but I get there and they’d locked the door. I was confused. Then someone comes out and says they can’t do anything and everyone had to leave. I needed to overnight and important check so I’ll just drive further and go to Liberty on my normal lunch break to a place that’s more trustworthy.

*** UPDATE: I have mysteriously received both of my packages today. However, I am leaving my review at a 3 due to the experience I had.*** I had a few packages that showed they were held "per customer request" at this post office. I left work a bit early to get there before they closed and as soon as I walked up, I saw the sign (see photo). Luckily, I only drove 10 minutes or so to get to this office but there HAS to be a better way of displaying this information so we don't waste our time or gas. I did not have any interaction with an employee which is why I provided 3 stars.

Got to this location, no wait and I was in and out.. was kinda surprised though because the post office was looking very shabby.. needs a paint job.. update or something..

I did not appreciate my mailman leaving my pkg that was too big for mailbox on the curb by street. Instead of walking his lazy behind to my door to deliver it. I'm lucky it wasn't stolen. What person does that? Do better next time!😡😡😡

They are closed from 1-2pm every day for a lunch break, people need jobs, hire more people. This location is not as busy as the Gladstone location though. Customer service was great today.
