Wonderful customer service. I had a “difficult “ return. Willea was patient, kind and helpful. She was so sweet to everyone in the store. I will be making this my go to post office.

Just move into the area… first time visiting this post office and had to mail out a ton of wedding invitations. I was amazed by Liea’s customer service! I didn’t feel rushed at all. She was so nice and helpful.

I had such a great experience thanks to Liea at the post office. She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and correctly. She explained things clearly, had such a positive attitude, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it really shows. I would advise any small business to NOT USE this post office for a business PO BOX or any of USPS' "Additional Services" (e.g. allows online ordering and delivery by private carrier and signature on file). There is a lot of local USPS corruption. I had multiple boxes from UPS that were to deliver to the 64113 post office. The USPS 64113 everyday attendant denied/refused to take delivery on every single box on every single delivery attempt. With UPS, there were four different delivery people from 3 different UPS warehouses who all reported the same details: that the USPS 64113 post office attendant refused to take delivery on every single box on every single occasion. I filed a complaint with the USPS. The response I received was that the USPS 64113 post office attendant said they did not do it despite four different UPS carriers reporting the same story, so the case was closed. There was zero effort by Kansas City USPS management to look into this data-backed complaint that cost my small business a significant amount of damages - our packages, as a result, went back and forth to California four times, accumulating thousands of miles and wear on their contents. This post office also has very unstable operating hours. Staff frequently calls in sick, so it cannot open. For the above, I recommend not using this post office for business purposes.

Even though it's a bit out of my daily route, this is my favorite USPS in town. I've taken off a star due to the short hours (M-F 12-4), but the clerk keeps even the longest lines moving super fast. Definitely know their stuff, and he consistently checks to make sure you're not being overcharged. You can check the PO boxes 24 hours a day.
