If you get any usps employee other than the older lady with the short cut you will be disappointed. If you hate your jobs that much you should do something else. A simple request and they turn their faces up rudely. FYI just b/c a package was scanned out for delivery at 6-7am doesn’t mean it has left for delivery. Carriers generally don’t leave before 9:30. -10am.

I was in line for an hour and the workers had no personality. It was my turn and she tells me “tape is on the table and you could have dropped this in the lobby.” She could have announced this instead of me standing in line so long. One customer was there to pick up her mail that was on hold. The mail was with her mail carrier and her route didn’t get mail delivered for that one week anyway. Confuse? So was I.

The worst customer experience I’ve had. After waiting for an hour, my problem was still unable to be resolved. I used the self-service option initially for sending a package and now they say they are unable to find the tracking information. Wouldn’t recommend using this branch location to anyone.

I empathize with the folks who work here. Most times I come they have decent customers. Polite understanding customers. The majority of the time the customers are rude and disrespectful. It's like they come wanting to anger the employees. Crazy. The employees even apologize for the wait when I've hardly waited at all. They are understaffed and yet continue to smile. They explain things very well. I don't know how they stand dealing with the public. Some people are hateful and negative wherever they go. I will be heading there again tomorrow and I hope the jerk customers are NOT!

If you’d like to experience a good example of how not to run an organization, this place is a gold mine. Employees are unengaged, rude (there are some exceptions) and clearly not managed based on performance expectations. It’s not uncommon to wait in line for over an hour to simply ship a package.
