No service because apparently they close for lunch at a random time. And there is a crapy handwritten note on the door. Please update your hours so I don't have to drive and waste my time. Also, once they did finally open, 3 min later than stated time and I mailed my package, the usps rep didn't give me a chance to rate the service. He quickly pressed "great service" while handing me a receipt. It's pretty unethical but there was a long line behind me so I walked away. Do not go to this location.

My husband and I love this post office at 4901 Departure Drive in Raleigh, N.C. The staff are friendly and helpful. Despite the current political environment, they are appreciative of their customers and greet us with their welcoming smiles. We make a strong effort to express our appreciation. No matter what time I pull up here. They’re always “closed for lunch” I didnt know that lunch breaks are 2 hrs because I done went at 11am, 12pm, and 2pm and got the same result. I’m about to just buy my own stamps and envelopes at this point

Ive had a PO BOX at this location for easily 20+ years. The ladies that work there are simply the best! Yes, the parking can be tricky at times but an easy fix for that is just don't go during lunch hours. Keep up the good work and awesome customer service ladies! Thx 😊

I've consistently had a stellar experience with the United States Postal Service in Raleigh. Whether it's mailing out packages, receiving shipments, or simply buying stamps, their efficiency and professionalism never cease to amaze me. The staff is always approachable, knowledgeable, and willing to assist with any queries or concerns. The location is also very convenient ( near to Harris Teeter ). Kudos to the entire team for their dedication and hard work!
