I see why this postal office has two stars if anything it should have no stars . The African lady in there is extremely rude 5/22/2026 10:52 am . Greeted her kindly and spoke to her softly about needing a receipt for a box labeled ready for shipment she just threw it on the table and said I can’t scan this nor give you a receipt. I just grabbed my box and took it to downtown Raleigh where they treat you more friendly.

Stopped in today at 10am and there was already a pretty long line at opening. The line only continued to grow. Tina was the clerk on duty and was friendly and efficient throughout each interaction. She continued to acknowledge those waiting in line and did an excellent job multitasking to keep the flow going while ensuring each customer’s transactions and needs were processed and resolved. I know great customer service when I see it! Tina was very much appreciated.

We had a great experience here. The worker was very friendly and engaging in conversation. We came just before closing on a Saturday and there were two people at the counter but no one in line! However when we went their credit/debit card machine was not working.

Currently have 3 packages being held and 1 missing. Apparently, I said I wanted my packages held at this location instead of being delivered to my home. Which is not true. I have made 2 complaints and have yet to hear from anyone from the office. Yesterday I went to the post office to pick the package up and was told it was no longer at the location and it should have been delivered. I have yet to receive my package from yesterday. When I called to make the complaint the representative assisting me was very much aware of these antics of saying “customer request package to be held at post office.” Which is sad. I have several orders coming from this particular company and received my first package. Then after all of sudden the aren’t being delivered. I would like do this to be resolved.

I just left the main post office on 27777 Redwood Road in Raleigh and I have to say the two ladies that took care of me today I can't express how wonderful they were and beautiful attitude so helpful I honestly they deserve 100 I just want everyone to know they were the best I've ever encountered thank you
