USPS has been really unreliable lately. I’ve had mail delayed more than once, and a few items were even delivered to the wrong address. Their Informed Delivery system isn’t accurate either—half the time it shows mail that never arrives or misses items that do. There have also been days where they come into the neighborhood, deliver to a few houses, and then leave without finishing the route. Overall, the service has become frustrating and inconsistent.

I wish I’d gotten the name of the kind lady at the counter who helped me, but I had a package show delivered that wasn’t and the customer service phone number hadn’t helped after 4 days of calling and talking to multiple people. The counter lady tracked down my mail carrier and had my package on my doorstep an hour later! She’s my hero!!

This post office's "investigation" process for lost packages is poor. I had a package meant to be delivered on December 26th, it was delivered to the incorrect mailbox, which resulted in my package getting stolen. Due to this USPS doing their "investigation" and being unable to retrieve the package, they get to wipe their hands of the situation and my package is still not in my possession. My package was stolen due to their misdelivery and it is unfair that I may not even get reimbursed for my package and USPS gets to say they did their jobs, when they didn't.

I had moved from a address in raleigh. Went online to request mail to be held for my family. They never held the mail. They kept delivering my mail to old address and put the blame on different carriers and staff. They were dropping off my credit cards and important mail to someone that lived in my old address and the person that lives there currently will not answer the door.

For the past 2 packages back to back, they marked my package as delivered without actually having delivered it. Or atleast not to my mailbox. Idk if they’re scanning as delivered before delivering packages, or carelessly delivering packages to other people’s mailbox during this holiday season, but it’s ridiculous having repeated missing packages. We shouldnt have to hope our neighbors will be good samaritans and reship packages that aren’t theirs that end up delivered to them.
