10 days before Christmas the workers here decided to CLOSE EARLY, by at least 5 minutes. They already take 12:30 to 1:40 OFF for lunch, and it seems that they have an understanding that there are to be NO more than 2 workers at the windows at any given time. Ten people are lined up out here to use the self-service machine, and one lady in front has 5+ small boxes as she desperately tries to peck away on the unresponsive antiquated touch screen. Beyond BAD.

We use this post office daily. A batch of 20 orders we dropped off on Monday all had messed up tracking numbers that say they were delivered to different states on a date before the customer even placed their order. I know this may be a recycled tracking number but on this many packages?? and the staff isn’t being helpful whatsoever to track these packages. I tried calling the USPS number but all I can do is talk to a robot who also isn’t helpful.

Service is excellent at this location and they are quick and efficient. Lines are never long the times I'm there which is usually on a Friday around 12:00 pm. My only negative comment is they have zero Priority and and Express mail supplies. No boxes, envelopes, labels, or tape.

The self-service kiosk would be great if the package drop box wasn't broken. We've come here twice and not been able to put the package in. Totally defeats the purpose of having self-service. That's unfortunate because this post office is actually in pretty good condition otherwise and in a good location. If you go during business hours and leave packages with someone at the desk, it's probably one of the better post offices in the area.

Seems nice. More space than the last place in Atlantic Ave. My only concern is getting in and out. See hours on my picture if the front door! If this review helped you, pls give me a thumbs up 👍. Thanks.
