I have a package that has been marked as 'Out for delivery' twice now. With times it went back to being processed. It has been at the post office for 3 days now. 3 days.... and now they are saying the package will be delivered May 4th, 6 days after it arrived at the post office. A couple years ago, I had a package never arrive. It was a vintage toy from my childhood, and nobody at the post office offered any help resolving the issue. My best guess is, they either damage packages, steal them, or throw them away. Either way, they do not contact you in regards to your property, that they are responsible for, while in transit. This is a felony. Get your mess fixed.

Constant missing packages. Tracking will state delivered, but I will have been home all day and never once seen a USPS truck. The office itself will not answer the phone or help. And the national customer service line can only put in tickets to try to make them find packages. Over 50% of my packages in the past 6 months shipped through USPS have been marked as delivered, but never shown up. The best I've gotten is a very annoyed phone call about "they will look into it" then that same day getting an email saying the package is lost. Additionally, I have witnessed the delivery driver leaving open the doors to my apartment complex's mail box doors. Anyone could just take anyone's mail at that point.

I had a wonderful experience at this post office. Post was clean and well maintained. I was immediately welcomed by an employee. He helped me with my package and asked if I wanted to buy stamps. He advised me that the price of stamps would be increasing in June. He wished me a good day. The staff here all smiled. This is one of the most pleasant post offices I have been to. The parking lot has one entrance and exit.

This facility does not have a self serve kiosk and I had gone after hours, so there was no way of mailing my envelope here and had to drive to another facility. It is small, but was clean inside.

This can't be a coincidence, right? Placed two envelopes in the mailbox on 8/7. Still not delivered (13 days later). Both were local: Raleigh and Knightdale. Both had appropriate postage and were addressed in large type. This delay has me making excuses to two different vendors: The check's in the mail! is an old excuse. I assume my envelopes are in a bin on the floor of this post office.
