A Asian guy about 6 feet tall named Lee had our mail suspended because I reported him for hitting a trashcan while driving the US postal truck. I asked him why we have not gotten mail. He said because I had to spend it because I could not get to your mailbox. This made no sense because my neighbor receives his mail and our mailbox are glued to each other. I told Him this made no sense. My mailbox is clear to get to.. He didn’t smile and said you should not have reported me. So that tells me he did it on purpose. I really wish we had the old male guy back by the name of Sammy. He was a great guy. Then this guy acts like he doesn’t speak English, but how can you work for the US Postal Service and not speak English. It lets me understand you speak English only when you have to, and you can act like you don’t when you need to. I am so frustrated with the US Postal Service right now. I have already called down to complain and spoke to his supervisor but yet his attitude has gotten worse. My next-door neighbors have complained about him writing on their mail just as he did ours. I think that is illegal. As of right now, I am looking for a lawyer to take legal actions, tired of being harassed by some crazy mailman.

Sad my package couldn't be left at my door but they gave me a call and let me know it wouldn't be able to! I told them I'd come pick it up that day but then Verizon went down and I couldn't tell them plans changed. Called the next day and the woman assisting me went and checked that it was still there!! (Yay!) They were not rude, just very blunt about they can and cannot do. If anything, that helped everything go by smoother. Thanks for keeping my package safe!!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. THIS IS NOT A POST OFFICE!!! Why is USPS saying to come here?? Why is it saying my package was sent here??? WHY can't I get anyone to answer the phone??? WHY didn't SOMEONE reach out instead of leaving my package in undeliverable Hell?? I can't even get down there, I don't get paid till next week, I am NOT spending $20 on a ride just to wait outside for three hours to never get assistance, cuz that's exactly what happened to me last time.

I've given this location three different chances and every single one was miserable. Online on the USPS website, when you search for USPS package drop locations this is the first one that always comes up for me due to my address. As you can see by the images attached they aren't happy with the wrong classification online either. I'm leaving the one star due to the customer service I and other patrons who were present experienced the times we arrived to drop packages or buy stamps. If this location does not take packages or sell stamps, change it on the USPS website so people stop coming. Or at the very least, add a package drop station outside that your other location picks up. Read the reviews, this has been a problem for quite some time now, operations needs to check in with this location and their online profiles.

I’m leaving this review because I was supposed to get my package yesterday, but instead I got a note saying my mailbox was “too full.” Well, of course it was; it was a cat litter box! Obviously, it wasn’t going to fit in a mailbox. They could have easily delivered it to my doorstep. I live in apartment 202, the very first building right when you enter the community, so there’s no excuse for not trying to deliver (Also, there are no stairs to get to my apartment….it’s ground level, and you can literally walk right up to my doorstep). Instead, I had to waste my time and gas driving to the post office to pick it up myself. The box only weighed around 4 pounds, nowhere near their 70-pound limit. I even took a whole day off to make sure I’d be home to receive my packages because I’m worried they’ll get lost. When I called to ask about it, no one answered at first, and when someone finally did, they were rude. This was completely avoidable and really disappointing. Be prepared for poor customer service; I was very unhappy with this experience.
