If you come to get your passport application be ready to wait over 3 hours to get seen because people kept jumping in and out of line when their applications weren’t filled out correctly. It’s absolutely absurd how they conducted business there. Ridiculous not a single supervisor was available to fix the situation.

Just want to say this I was a little skeptical about going here after reading all the reviews I was not trying to go in have to deal with rude people. But when I say my experience was excellent it started off a little questionable because I had to wait for along time because there was only one gentleman working. But then the lady everybody was talking about walk in . In when I say everything changed for the better this lady moved that line like no other all by herself the gentleman had to go on Lunch which was around like 3 something that is a late lunch but he was so busy. She was multitasking she is amazing her personality is amazing. This was my first time coming here I was getting my passport for the first time she just made that 3 hour long wait worth the wait. I Do agree They Need A Raise especially Ms.Dawn … FYI try to go through the week don’t do like we all did came on Friday.

Not blaming the front post office staff. But now i am out about 100 dollars since they crushed my package of collectibles. The staff said since the cards themselves werent damaged it might be denied. Eveyone knows that trying to resell a completely crushed box is not going to be the same. I felt like he was just trying to make an excuse. The product should have not been the cards themselves but the whole product. This is definitely the last time i ask packages to be shipped through usps.

We got the passport application submitted without any problems. Took about 30 minutes total. The people working there were fine. They were probably nicer than I would be if I had to deal with endless passport applications for 8 hours. Overall I was reasonably happy with everything.

I know i am REALLY going out on a limb here, with this four star review, but I can explain. Yes, there are a LARGE number of horrible experiences here and I do not doubt them one bit. I have had MY OWN frustrating experiences at various gubmint offices. HOWEVER, I brought in a stamped birthday card (just to be sure) to our active duty military daughter, and Lo n Behold, it required another 29 cents. The guy said “Don’t worry about it” and let me off without paying the whole 29 cents.
