These people that work here need to be fired and replaced immediately with people that want to work, capable of doing the job required professionally, detailed oriented. Hard workers. No lazy incompetent individuals. If you can’t do your jobs properly then quit. Make room for those that can.

Love how slow these folks are sometimes i get packages a day late bc they are so slow. And it cant be a lack of workers or else id have had an interview by now.

Service I’ve received from this post office has been consistently terrible. My packages are either never delivered or still in transit when they’re nowhere to be found. It’s incredibly frustrating to depend on a service that can’t handle even the basics. On top of that, contacting them for help feels impossible. Phone calls go unanswered, and when someone does pick up, they act like you’re inconveniencing them by asking for updates on your own package. There’s zero accountability, zero urgency, and zero respect for customers’ time and belongings. If you have any other shipping option, use it. This location desperately needs better training, better communication, and frankly, better customer service across the board.

This is for the truck drivers. This place is super easy to deliver to. I showed up a day early and they tried everything to get a forklift driver to come in to unload me. Unfortunately no driver would answer so I had to wait until my actual delivery date. Parking on two roads in front of facility. Mrs Robin was a sweetheart, she had came in on her day off and still did everything she could to help me. Some overnight parking, easy docks. DoorDash friendly
