📍 US Post Office 🗓️ 05/28/2026 ⭐️⭐️ (2/5) As usual, this post office looks like it's straight outta 1965 🕰️📮 — and this one's no exception 🤷‍♂️. You'd THINK the federal government could afford to update their workers' workplace 💰🏛️ and give them a state-of-the-art facility ✨💻. The security cameras alone look like gigantic BRICKS hanging off the wall 📦📹 — pure relic energy 😂. And there are NEVER enough self-service kiosks 🤖 — the line is always a mile long ⏳. The workers do their best with what they've been given 🙏 but Uncle Sam, do better 🇺🇸💸 Modernize already!

Hands-down my favorite location & the hours are phenomenal for professional people!! Lakethia & Candace go above & beyond to ensure you have everything you need (even when short-staffed, which is not their problem) & they also save you time & money when needed by suggesting better, more efficient or affordable options. I see some reviews stating they were treated poorly; these hard workers & super kind ladies will match your energy. If you approach them rude & inconsiderate, expect the same vibe & attitude back! Highly recommend this location!!!

I want to shout out the Station Manager Ryan W. We built a new home and had to establish a new address. I was highly frustrated with how difficult this situation became. One visit to the downtown USPS with Ryan resolved all of my issues. Further, he took the time to call me after fixing the issue to update me that it had been taken care of. Our world needs more people like Ryan. Customer service is not dead. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 I was very satisfied with my visit to the Downtown OKC Post Office. Candace was friendly, professional, and had a great attitude, which made the experience both pleasant and efficient. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and helpful service—thank you, Candace, for making my visit so smooth!
