I would like to inquire why the MLK Post Office location does not offer certain services, such as money orders, and does not accept cash payments. If this is a standard policy, could you please clarify why it is not consistently implemented across all locations in the city? I had to travel to another branch, where cash payments were accepted without issue.

Some of the rudest individuals I've ever tried to work with on coming to a solution to a problem. Instead of delivering my mail, they seemed better at loosing it and not seeming to care. In fact they were annoyed by the fact that I was concerned about it. If you can I recommend going to a different location. Thanks Jason

Checked to see if they were open before driving over on my 30 minute lunch break to send a package. I got there at 12:30. They were apparently on lunch until 2! Absolutely ridiculous. There’s zero reason why the entire place needs to be closed for 1.5 hours in the middle of the day. It’s already impossible for most of us working 9-5 to ever get to the post office since they like to close early too. Take turns at lunch or update the damn website. Waste of time!

They ain’t never open on time! It takes a hour to find your package if they do open the door!

Super nice and helpful folks! Had a package that was bouncing around the post offices and landed there. Helped me retrieve it and be on my way. Thank you!
