⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience at the Britain Road Post Office in Oklahoma City today! I stopped in to drop off some postage and received very fast and friendly service from the staff. It’s always nice to see people who are professional, helpful, and efficient. Definitely will be using their services again in the future. Thanks again for the great customer service!

Trash. Beware.... And Kim is the worst. She is rude and condescending. Takes no accountability for stating incorrect information. They constantly put my packages in my neighbors box or porch. Or just don't deliver the mail at all. This place needs a complete restaffing. Complete buffoonery.

1.) First time WOW, zero greeting. The matron, after asking a question, simply says, it is either yes or no, Not a pleasant lady at all. 2.) Major problems, a birthday card never completed its 500 mile journey. a) My elderly mom needing assistance left off an apartment number, therefore returned. We understand this was our fault. b) we than used a new envelope inserted the original envelope and completed with two “Forever” stamps. P.O. Didn’t like the stamps and returned the envelope. c) We then took envelope and asked why the return. After several unsure responses he suggested adding an extra .36 cents it went out a 3rd time. OH it doesn’t end there!!! d) Two weeks later it was in our box again. Here’s the kicker. They had torn off the P. O. Bought stamp, yes ripped off. Literally this is the WORST post office in the nation. To this day we can’t even surmise what would be an acceptable excuse for their inappropriate and inexcusable behaviors. Next Step is going to be a formal complaint to Washington D.C.

5 stars for supervisor’s expertise and assistance! Thank you very much for helping me retrieve missing package. I was able to get my package for Christmas👏🏻👏🏻.

Came at 11:52am to mail out an important package and the doors were locked. It says they close at 12 on Saturday’s, yet the locked up early. Three other customers pulled up within a 3min time frame, 11:53-11:56 and were not able to mail out their packages.
