Please DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. They lost my fathers ashes! We read the reviews and still decided to give turn a chance. We had a package delivered to them with a picture of delivery, they placed a slip in our PO Box to pick up the package at the desk. We get to turn desk and was told that they couldn’t find the package and hinted that it was given to someone else with the same last name as us as a slip was placed in their box as well. The slip they gave us was not attached to a package because they attached our package to someone with the same last name as us. We were told that someone would reach out the next day with an update and of course that never happened. We visited again today and was told they don’t have the package and maybe it was placed with outbound mail and that we should just request a refund with the sender as there is nothing that they can do about it. So they gave our package to the wrong person and we are expected to figure it out. We can’t get a refund from the sender the package is irreplaceable. It was my father’s ashes! How can I possible request a freaking refund! I’m hurt and very disgusted of the lack of care and concern from the place. This place is a complete joke! The supervisor hid in the back telling the desk clerk what to say. because they can’t do their jobs correctly and they have no business still being open. Oh and calling the customer service number rendered no help because the package was never scanned to our mailbox so the slip number was useless. Save yourself the heartache and not do business here!

12/21/2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This post office is really nice looking and much cleaner than most others I’ve visited! 🏤✨ The parking lot was well-kept, and the floors inside were fairly clean. 🚗🧹 I used the self-checkout as usual since I prefer to avoid dealing with crowds. 🛠️🙅‍♂️ Everything worked smoothly, and I was in and out quickly! ⏱️👌 Overall, a much better experience than I’ve had at other post offices. 💌📮

In the last two days I’ve had 4 orders to my home be mis-delivered because once the packages reached OKC somebody changed the zip code to the wrong zip code. I’m, right now, trying to call the post office for my address after getting no help from the 800 number. I’ve let it ring 6 1/2 minutes so far and NOBODY IS PICKING UP!!! They better hope I don’t have to go down there to yell at them in person. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

This office continually mis-delivers my packages. There is also a repeated history of scanning the package as delivered but it not arriving until the next day or two days later. (Which is probably more instances of them mod-delivering it.) I actively try to avoid using USPS at all cost due to this office. The clerks will never answer the phones or bother trying to assist you when you go in to ask about anything. Overall this office is underperforming on all levels. Use any other service for your packages!

gary the clerk here has 0 accountability and refuse to admit to mistakes, I had love chicks delievered and pick up instructions were to pick up in post office, When i checked the label it says its out for delivery which it shouldnt as they will kill them sitting in a hot truck, The guy said " i dont know about dying, if its out for delivery that means pick up at office wasnt in the instruction" went to the back and checked and sure enough they were there, he then had an attitude about it refusing accountability that he was wrong
