I sell preloved items through Depop and Vinted - I usually don’t drop at this location but it’s by my work and I didn’t have time to drop at my normal post office. The line was long and I was taking my lunch to drop off packages, so the lady told me to leave them on the counter. Either someone stole them or they lost them, because they never scanned them in and now I’ve had to refund my buyers. I will NEVER come here again.

I normally go to another location because my organization has a PO Box there, but this location is closest to my home. There was an elderly person who was not sure what he needed to do to get a po box, they were so gentle with him and guided him through the process without interrupting the flow of service. They had him go to a empty window and called another employee to come and assist him in filling out the proper form. I am 75 and I have problems understanding some information on forms. The employees there are very efficient and helpful.

Not sure about why it's rated so low. Excellent service, they looked out for me, etc. convenient to get to. I'd go here again for sure.

Love this post office. Been here like a hundred times without a negative experience. There’s one clerk that is particularly pleasant to work with which is rare at the post office. If I didn’t live nearby I’d go out of my way to come here over other locations. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes.
