Some workers were not very helpful. Not giving clear instructions on shipping. Rather it be in the US or out of country just push you through fast talk you and your own your own. Now Christyna she was 5 stars she worked with me made everything plan and CLEAR even when I messed up she stuck with me. She was very helpful I appreciate all her help and time. Thank you

No self service counter. Cash only and was not informed till after using one of their envelopes which I was charged for and could not leave until paying for it. Luckily I had some loose change but I wonder what would've happened if I didn't have any cash on me.

I went to pick up a package that couldn't be delivered to my address because it was too large. Very quick service and the employee was very polite.

These staff here are so RUDE!! Especially the lady name TY. I asked a simple question on certified mail and she looked at me and rolled her eyes and said READ THE DIRECTIONS. If I wanted to read the directions I would have but I don’t have time I’m already in front of you everything was filled out just wanted to know where to put the label. Then I bought stamps and she is yelling at me that my check is wrong when she was not adding the correct amounts in the system so I re did my math and asked her is it not this amount for this many and she puts her hands on her lips telling me shh cause she is trying to count. PLEASE TRAIN HER ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. if you are having a bad day don’t take it out on the customers

Before you rag on them, remember they handle all of Oklahoma's mail here except for the panhandle. Dunno about anyone else, but I'm leaving 4 stars solely for Ty. (the man, not the woman.) Most efficient worker they've got there!
