I was debating on whether I should write a review on a post office or not since I focus on restaurants and hotels for the most part, but then I remember what Google maps is about; it is all about the experience and sharing it with others. It's about continuing to highlight good service and experiences. So here is my experience: If there is anything in this world that causes me great anxieties is to stand in line and deal with paperwork, filing for stuff etc.. so I was on edge by now; which I am glad I reserved an appointment for my passport ahead of time. I was immediately met by the reason why I am writing this review to begin with. One of the agents behind the desk, the lovely Terri. Her personality and way of dealing with people almost immediately put me at ease. So kind and joyful! I almost forgot I was at the post office. All my process went easy and stress free. Thank you to all the employees who like Terri make a difference in people's lives even if it's just for 30 minutes. Thank you!!!

These guys NEVER answer the phone!!! What's up with that..understaff or Undereducated?? Not good when I'm not calling to chat it's very important and not anyone can answer the phone?? 👎👎👎

I made an appointment to get a passport and photo copy done. Get to the appointment and the photo machine was down, okay no problem. The lady that assisted me was nice! Came back after we got the photo and Andy the gentleman who assisted us was so rude! I asked simple questions as in when we pay for it do I have to be here as it was for my stepson and he said you’re not paying for the passport. Oh really so it’s free? Horrible customer service from Andy! Ole Andy could take some lessons on how to serve others from the sweet lady that helped me prior to being told the machine was down. If someone is required to make an appointment to begin with and it’s made as a passport and photo appointment, you’d think it would be courteous or be a requirement to let the person who has made the appointment know. Also, the website for a passport says to bring a photocopy of the birth certificate and drivers license. Don’t bring a photocopy, bring the original birth certificate or you’ll get a great customer service experience (yes that’s exaggeration) like I did.

I have never written a bad review in my life. But this place deserves one for their horrible customer service. Not one worker had a smile on their face. I needed to get my passport renewed, and was treated horribly!! Didn’t catch the man’s name that helped us but he was absolutely snarky and being rude on purpose toward my mother and I. I will never step foot in that place again. Do not recommend to anyone.

I have used this post office several times over the past 8 years. I don't recall one time that someone behind the counter had a smile. I went in the other day with a box already prepaid to mail but needed a piece of packing tape. I was told they don't supply that. Outstanding customer service for a civil servant!
