Very horrible experience here trying to send out an international package. Terrie called my husband EMBARRASSING because he didnt know to fill out a customs form. I called her out and she changed her whole attitude and apologized... but that does not give you the right to be like that to people. I submitted the survey on her and I hope she gets fired. She does not need to work around people.

I tried to do a COA here as the broken USPS system forced me to do it in person. The old woman working the front desk was being nasty and just looking to argue. She made me fill out a card, which didn’t do anything as she was supposed to scan a barcode to complete the COA. I got a reminder email later stating I haven’t completed my COA yet. So I came here to get that done, she made me fill out a form just so she didn’t have to do her job and essentially prevented me from getting my mail forwarded. She was rude to the man in front of me as well as the one behind us. Chastising all of us for going through the line, instead of skipping that to the front, which I’m sure if we did, she’d yell at us for skipping the line. One of those people that hates herself and her life and takes it out on everyone she comes across. I recommend you avoid this location if you can.

I visited this location for the first time, and the employee's behavior was extremely rude. As a pregnant woman, I almost passed out, but I tried to stay calm. This experience gave me a severe headache, and I had to lie down for a while just to forget about it. I hope top management pays closer attention to how their employees treat people if they truly want to provide quality service. Although the manager came and apologized, it couldn’t undo the damage caused.

I ordered a roll of forever stamps, then tried to ask a question only for her to cut me off after the first word with a loud “NEXT”. There was a whopping one other person and she was still at the door. Why do all these reviews of the same person not result in consequences? One person is single-handedly responsible for all of the of the low reviews but she keeps getting away with it
