I have not been getting my mail delivered. I have gone to this post office I tried to get home. I have gone online to try to get help finding my mail. I have informed delivery I know what letters are coming or should be coming to my mailbox. But they're not showing up. This is why the United States wants to get rid of the United States Post office.

There was a long line and only one person on when I came in after the storm today - think everyone else had the same idea! The gentleman on, with the "Trainee" name tag, was super friendly and kept his calm even when people in line started grow irritable and joke with him about the wait. 5 stars because despite it all he had a great attitude and treated everyone with the same patience and respect

Terrible post office overcharging to ship an item barely weighing 3 pounds and then gave me a piece of paper to write the name and address with no pens anywhere instead of her writing it since I'm paying $23 to ship something very poor service unfriendly workers will not be going back and I say to others don't go here go out of your way to avoid this cesspool of a business

I go there almost every day, I had a Christmas envelope that someone gave me that they sell at the post office , they try to charge me for it, I explained that I got this from someone, they know me and that saw me bringing that envelope in already package, in other words, it not like I came in and stole it, again I am a regular customer that ships on a daily basis and I got FROCE TO PAY 3 DOLLARS FOR THE ENVELOPE. IT IS MOT TGE FORST TIME I HAD PROBLEMS WIT IN THE PEOPLE THERE, AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER A PREVIOUS TIME HE JUST MJNIMIZED THE PROBLEM AND I JUST LET IT GO, BUT THIS TIME I AM GOING TO ESCALATE THIS , IT IS JUST PLAIN ABUSE AND DISRESPECT.

I had a package delivered to my mailbox and the package was big enough to fit from the other end of the mailbox, but was too big to come out of my mailbox so I had to struggle to get my package out of my mail box and had to basically destroy the box to get it out which was not easy to do with the limited mailbox space. This is not the first time this has happened and I even had to ask the mail person at that time to get the package out from the other side because it was too big to fit through the part the recipient would be pulling the package out of. That mail person on that day even acknowledge they knew it was too big for the other end but still put it in there anyway instead of leaving it in the larger locker type mailboxes for the packages that won’t fit the standard apartment mailbox, at my doorstep, or with my apartment’s office??? There was also an incident where a TAX document was mailed to me by the IRS and the mail person put it in my downstairs neighbor’s mailbox. Thankfully they were kind enough to bring it to me but I can only imagine the issues that would have taken place if they never gave it to me in the first place. There was also an incident where a package I had received was covered in fragile stickers and yet was put into my mailbox completely crushed and broken beyond repair. I have also had issues with our mail person(s) leaving “sorry we missed you” notes on my door or mailbox on days that I was home and completely available and no one bothered to knock on the door at all. While I admit I don’t understand what all goes on behind the scenes I feel that the mail service quality we have been getting is questionable at best especially since there have been a handful of times I’ve had to report a package that was marked as delivered but never showed up only for it to pop sometimes days later AFTER I filed a missing package report. And even reporting the missing package online was almost impossible because so far every time I’ve tried report it online the site would crash and the last time I had to call to report a missing package the site kept crashing for the agent as well. Normally I’m patient and I understand mistakes happen but it feels that when it comes to USPS and the mail service it can be very hit or miss.
