I went in today (12/01/2025 around 12:10 pm) for my very first passport, and I was honestly pretty nervous since I had no idea what to expect. But the gentleman working there made the whole experience so easy and stress-free. He was tall, mixed I think with a shaved head, however he was incredibly helpful and kind from the moment I walked in. He guided me through everything quickly and clearly, and what I thought would be overwhelming turned out to be super simple. I really appreciate how patient and professional he was!! It made the whole passport experience a great one! Highly recommend going here!!

Employees are rude and will give you the side eye, but they get the job done, I guess. Just don't expect any friendliness.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Traci went on a search for a missing package I’ve been trying to receive, she was very understanding and great at her job!

I love how I'm not able to contact anybody but just a robot on the phone and the robot doesn't even transfer me nowhere just sorry I didn't understand it that is so bloody annoying

The ladies that work here are the sweetest! They were all so cheerful and easy to talk to. I had a package that was misdelivered and they were fast to solve the issue and found my package for me and explained what had happened. I'm so happy this is my local post office 😁
