Terrible service the lady was rude whenever I asked for tape and was no help with printing a label. I was told at another usps store to come here and when I come in I’m told they don’t print labels. I don’t want to say it was racial but the I got treated very different then the other Customer that was there

As many say, too bad I can’t give them negative stars and THAT would be too generous. First, you can only drop a package and get no receipt or QR code or anything. So take a picture of your items first with their tracking code or you are sure out of luck. Second, it’s dirty and filthy feeling. Third, the workers are beyond rude and condescending. When I asked what I’m sure they get asked all day with this absurd zero customer service system (should I take a photo I guess to have a tracking) I was responded to with “ well that’s what everyone else seems do do” I’m the most condescending tone. I get it? You answer it all day and if you don’t want to, quit and go do something else. You shouldn’t have to suffer hearing it and we shouldn’t have to be talked to with such rudeness from the postal service employees. No wonder you are a bankrupt organization - your process here is terrible. Your cleanliness is repulsive and your attitude stinks. The place makes you realize why everyone hates the post office and why I think they should be shut down and done away with. They could not be more horrible and if they worked in private companies and talked to people this way they would be fired on the spot. Worst PO I have ever been to in my life, by far.

Customer service was very nice and answered all my questions. Although this location does not have retail services, and I was not able to send my package from here, the man at the desk was able to get me to the correct location.

They cant print labels so I was unable to send my return from here. Absolute joke and waste of time.

Not actually a post office. They'll just send you elsewhere
