I have a psychotic mail worker who broke my branch because she was too lazy to walk up my steps around it, 2 days later she confronted me, told me I should cut my branches, after I reported here nothing happened got a lackluster phone call from a woman who clearly didn't give a crap about my complaint, after that she moved signs on my porch weirdly said my first and last name while delivering my mail , nobody wanted to see the footage I had of her. A few weeks later Psycho mail lady yells at me while I'm walking my dog she says the postman knows you're lying about me, I complain to the higherup she tells me to report her to store manager 2 weeks later still no call from the manager I guess our tax dollars pay for incompetent workers.

Christopher Wagner emailed me that there has been no interruption with my service even though I have not received mail since early July. This post it has been on my mailbox for weeks. I opened a case and it was shut with no issue. I politely disagree and can’t get a hold of anyone to further my case.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon. It might have been hotter inside than out! One clerk servicing with a half dozen in front of me. Decent music playing, and plenty of time to get my paperwork filled out as I waited. As I get to the front, the clerk has the doors locked as it’s closing time. She seems overly frustrated with me though I only had 6 certified envelops to mail, with the paperwork filled out. Ten minutes later and I’m happy to escape.

The customer service was really good and the price was reasonable . I paid 20 dollars to get my daughter favorite jeans from Tulsa Ok to New Haven U within 4 days.

new guy today, saw me limping my old self off the porch and saved me a few steps. Nice exchange, he was a good young dude, your regular guy has a few years on him, great guy, too. I'm near 6th and Yorktown. I appreciate all you folks do.
