The people here are so rude, the air conditioner is off so its really hot inside, nothing positive about this location except for the hours. Karif is NOT a cool dude. Outside of generally just being kinda rude and not understanding he very obviously was ringing himself up and giving himself good reviews while i was in line which i thought was hilarious. He is never going to leave this location... so... watch out for him!

I came to buy packing tape to ship a package. When I got up to the counter and asked for the tape, it got slammed on the counter and I was told it was 3.99. I tried to lighten the mood by saying ha ha that’s an expensive piece of tape. It may not have been a good joke, but I don’t think I deserve to be yelled at for it. I was though, and then, beyond that I simply asked to be treated with respect without attitude. Then the worker, Karif, Flipped out and started saying that he feels like he’s being pranked because this is ridiculous and I was the one with an attitude and this, and that all because I asked for a piece of tape. He then threatened to call the police on me because I picked my phone up and he thought I took a picture of him, which I didn’t. He started screaming at me and said he was calling the cops over and over again. I started having a panic attack because I had no idea what was going on and I am autistic So I was very scared and overwhelmed. Overall, no matter what the reason is, don’t go in there unless you’re ready to get screamed at. I kept asking what was going on and why I was being told. I was in trouble, but no one would tell me even when I showed them my phone without pictures. Terrifying experience, no pain customer should ever be treated like that by an employee, let alone a government employee speaking that way to a civilian.

A couple months ago I went to this location to get a priority box and ship a couple of packages. Since I picked up the priority box there I needed tape. The line was short and I another customer approached the window on the side to get tape, so after they finished their turn I asked for some as well. I was handed the red priority tape which would have obscured my label. I was confused and was about to ask for clear tape instead. But before I did, the employee, Karif, flipped out and told me to get back in line because he “didn’t like the look on my face”. I had no issue waiting since I was apparently not asking for something quick. When I got back to the front, I tried to explain why I had looked confused because I needed clear tape, which I could see available behind the counter. He insisted it was scotch tape (it was way thicker) and when I asked if I could use it anyway he kicked me out of line. I waited at another window and the next employee said I would have to purchase tape now, so I left. I’ve worked in customer service roles so I recognize it’s frustrating when people ask a repetitive question or don’t know a policy you deal with everyday. I didn’t know that USPS provides tape as a courtesy but isn’t required to. However, that should not be doled out based on one employee’s whims, especially if that employee has a tendency (see other reviews) to behave rudely if they don’t like a question. If they don’t want to provide tape (at all) or can only provide a certain kind, that can be communicated through signage or through a very basic response about policy from an employee. Yelling at customers is not helpful. I bought the tape I needed elsewhere and mailed the packages at another USPS location.

When I come to pick up my package more times than not I am told there isn't enough staff to get my PO Box Packages. They make it sounds like they are doing a public service to get my items when I pay $121 for this service every 6 months for this service. Also I have to wait in long lines so it is very taxing when I am told they can not get the packages.

Sorry post office I had a letter was supposed to be mailed around the corner to a lock dropbox instead of putting in the lock dropbox they brought it back there and it was going to the person I talked to and they financing department got a hold of somebody there luckily they either re-delivered it or notify the people at the Toyota office, which is just a room with people running payments not actually a like a financing bank but luckily they received it. I got notification it was signed for, but even trying to call no one ever answers the phone at this location. What a sorry bunch of people.
