David Nguyen 3 weeks agoDo NOT — I repeat, DO NOT — drop off a package if they tell you the system is down and they cannot scan it. On June 4, 2026, I went into USPS and handed over two packages. The employee told me the system was down but said she would take the packages and scan them once it came back up. That was my mistake — I should not have been so trusting. One package was worth about $1,000. The second package was worth about $20. A week later, the $1,000 package still showed no movement and appeared to have never been scanned. I went back to the branch to ask about it. They told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to call USPS customer service. When I called USPS, they told me to speak with the branch. The branch then told me to call USPS again. What makes this more confusing is that the employee who accepted the package later stated that the system was not down on June 4. Also, the $20 package I dropped off at the same time was scanned the next day and delivered four days ago. At this point, I’m filing a police report because I’m potentially out $1,000. Either the package was lost or stolen, but as of now there is no acceptance scan and no receipt. Lesson learned: if they cannot scan your package and cannot provide a receipt, do not give it to the employee even if they tell you to do so.
Alexandra Heck a month agoAlways closed in the middle of the damn day with literally no signage anywhere and no updating on the website. It’s literally 1 o’clock before a holiday weekend.
Danielle Moler 5 months agoStopped by at 1:05 PM today and the lights were off and door was locked. It's not a holiday and there wasn't a notice about being closed for lunch, so I'm not sure why they were closed. Just want to mail my packages!
Karla Irwin 3 months agoThe folks at this post office are always so helpful and patient! Unfortunately, the location is also understaffed, but that is not the fault of the employees. I also appreciate that there is a self service drop box at this location.
Lauren Hudnell 4 months agoWent here at 1130a the system was down, had to find a place to print my label. Got my label printed rushed to get there before closing and they were closed at 130 and it’s a holiday Monday!
