Lisa B at the post office was absolutely amazing. I honestly feel like she saved my life! I accidentally left some very important documents behind, and she went completely out of her way to make sure they were safely held for me until I could come back. She was so kind, professional, caring, and understanding during a moment that could have been very stressful for me. It truly takes 0 time to be nice, and Lisa showed exactly what great customer service should look like. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, Lisa B, for your kindness and professionalism — it really meant a lot to me.

This is my new post office! The Clerk Lisa, clerk number 13, was so friendly, professional and helpful that, I will always come back here! I'm knew to Philadelphia and just getting to know my neighborhood. I'm really glad that I found this little gem to make me feel at home.

The angel behind the counter! Perfect customer service and a gentle soul. Answered all of my stupid questions without judgement or attitude. Everytime I come she is always kind. I’m not sure her name but she is an older black woman with glasses.

Marked a package as "delivered" but it was "delivered" to a parcel locker but not information was given for where this parcel locker was! It's effectively been lost in the mail but they can mark it delivered so it's more difficult for me to get a replacement/refund with the online ordering service I've used. It's sad to see an institution like the USPS turn in to a scam office...

I purchased a medium size PO Box in June-2021. This branch is constantly closed for package pickup and service. They've posted green/yellow signs stating that due to a staffing shortage the window is open M-F 11:30a to 4pm however I have been here at 12:30pm, 1:30pm, 3pm, etc and the counter is always closed. If you have a Amazon/UPS/Fedex delivery coming here - watch out! The carriers will drop your packe in the lobby because the staff at this facility is not present to accept it. Avoid this branch at all costs otherwise you'll be sorry.
