The people working at this post office are doing the best that they can with the limited resources they have. It seems like a lot of folks have forgotten that the USPS has been defunded while the population in this post office’s delivery area has exploded. There are good people working here and they are working hard. Recently there was a package I was supposed to receive over the weekend that didn’t come. So I went to the post office the next business day and was told it was being delivered that day. It still didn’t come, so I went back the next day. When Frances saw that I was back again, she really took ownership of the issue and after looking for a good 10 minutes, she had located the package! There is often a line at this post office but if you come during the day when there is a lull, which is basically between the morning opening rush and the lunch crowd and then again between lunch and closing time, they can assist you much better than they can when there is a long line.

By far the worst postal office I have dealt with. I have lost 3 packages already and only have been living in the area for 3 months. I submitted a change of address and have not been receiving any mail since then. One of my packages was marked “Picked up at post office at 7:21 PM” this is physically impossible because they literally close at 5:00 PM…. Mind you these were very expensive items. Good luck going on person and trying to get any help.

Nobody answers the phone. You have to listen to a minute and a half automated message before the phone ring and ring and rings and then hangs up because no one will answer the phone. No being placed on hold. No busy signal. Just a phone number to nothing. I went in person, no other customers in there, and was told she couldn’t help me but the person coming in at 10:30 could and will give me a call. I get no call so I try calling but of course that’s useless. And then the post office closed at 12. Shout out to Jay who delivers packages though. He goes above and beyond

Lady sat their cackling with the people she was helping then went to the back and took more then 5 minutes in the back after me having waited another 10 minutes prior to that. Decided to leave and go elsewhere she was only one person but moving with some urgency would have been appreciated

They routinely misdeliver packages to wrong addresses, or claim packages as "delivered to a parcel locker" when your front door and mailbox are right on the sidewalk after you've been home all day following the tracking updates. That's code for we're late and not going to deliver your package on time so we'll lie about it being delivered. Chances of getting your package are more than likely nil.
