This post office has been closed during regular business hours two days in a row. I went yesterday and today at 3 PM and they’re just closed with no signs about why. And no one EVER answers the phone. This is getting really frustrating and it’s happening a lot more lately. We need a reliable post office in our neighborhood.

The difference was a complete 360° turnaround. The moment I walked in, I felt relieved. My wait time was only 1 minute. The line moved efficiently, the staff was attentive, and—most importantly—they were actually present at the counter helping customers instead of hiding in the back. What a concept! I was able to ship my package using cash with zero issues, something I was told was “not possible” at my usual location. When I asked about adding extra insurance, the process was simple, clear, and handled with complete professionalism. No confusion, no attitude, no unnecessary price jumps—just straightforward service the way it should be. The employee who helped me was friendly, patient, and made the transaction quick and easy. It honestly restored my faith in what a post office experience can be. If you’re looking for a post office where the staff is courteous, efficient, and actually helpful, skip Dickinson entirely and head straight to Snyder Ave. They get it right every single time. Highly recommended!

Yet another post office with entitled, rude, useless employees... The woman at the front counter mumbles and talks fast. Even though I can tell she is American and English is her first language, I am having to ask her to repeat things multiple times. She looks like she is bored and resentful that she actually has to do something to earn her pay. I would replace her with someone who would appreciate having a job and work hard at it with a positive, cheerful attitude.

I would say about 99% of my post office experiences regardless of location are bad. But Sandy is lovely!! Nice, polite, and efficient! It’s great to meet a post office employee who doesn’t feel like you’re getting attacked for mailing mail. Go Sandy!!

I made an appointment for Monday and when I got here, they didn't accept it. They say they don't work for passports on Monday’s. If they don't work on monday, why are they accepted?. I have to reschedule but have to wait up to a month. I arrived fifteen minutes early to wait. Although there was no one, but it took more than twenty minutes to call my name. I tried to be nice to them. but the lady working in there is so annoying. She talk too fast and loud. so this is my first also the last time coming here.
