Not one to write reviews but this location had no stamps, no money order, opened an hour late, it was the last facility to have my package. The package never was attempted for redelivery. The one and only employee there that day doesn’t know how to solve a single issue and will just yell at you for a couple of minutes making excuses than request to talk to the next customer in line. Absolutely pathetic. Avoid this location at all costs if possible!

I attempted to contact the office before posting, but now the phone number listed isn't working. I received a mother's day card from my son opened wide enough that if there any monetary funds inside it could very easily be removed. I thought that the post office seals , any packages that may appear open before delivery. Have this changed

Ordered a jacket off of Depop in January. I called usps and they told me to come here because this facility was responsible for it. When I got here the employee explained to me that it was delivered to this facility but unfortunately on the customer side it said it was in transit. I never got my $70 vintage jacket. Every time I try to come back to get an update and talk to a supervisor, I can’t because the supervisor is always in a meeting. I can’t get a refund because the jacket is supposedly in transit. There is nothing I can do about getting my jacket stolen. Please be aware that this site is stealing people’s packages and mail!

The line is always long. There's only 1 or 2 staff people to help and my items may or may not be in my box after confirmed delivery. NEVER drop off a previously paid package without waiting for them to scan the item. ALWAYS get a receipt or tracking may never be updated. I ship packages for my business and pay for them at home and always wait for my receipt. Check the weight and measurement of your package because if they mark it incorrectly you'll be charged later.

I haven't received mail in 10 days , however informed delivery said it was delivered... Someone is lying and it's not me. I also get other people's mail that I have to take to their house... Have these people get off their phone and pay attention. The service use to be good. Key word USE to be good.
