So this post office itself is great!! Everyone there is super helpful and the line hasnt been bad. My problem is with the phone line which I would give-5 stars if I could. Anyway I cant leave a review without rating the post office itself so i'm going to give it 5 so the people there don't get in trouble over an issue that isn't their fault. Anyway storytime! I lugged some heavy packages over yesterday and the post office was closed due to the snow despite the roads being mostly clear which is fair. The main problem is the phone line- which im assuming is usps in general and I feel like i need to lodge a complaint somewhere to bring attention to this issue and this is the best place i've got. It took me 40 minutes and it hanging up on me at the 20 mark even to get a a representative to ask if they'd be open today despite the weather. It wasnt one of the options a robot could answer(it can tell you the default hours but that's it) It hung up on me once without allowing me to take a survey too. After that and 25 minutes of wait time (also understandable) the representative i finally got INSISTED that this location DOES NOT EXIST. I gave him the full address of the usps store , my own apartment,and the zip code multiple times . And he kept insisting this location DOES NOT EXIST. Eventually i gave up and ended up lugging my heavy packages over again and luckily it was open this time and everyone there was amazing and super helpful! But yeah. Don't bother with the phone line if you have any specific questions. horrible experience all around.

The store ambience was not aesthetically pleasing. I visited this location twice. 1st time the customer service rep greeted me with a warm welcome. The 2nd time I visited the customer service rep was on her phone while interacting with me. A good perk is that this location is very convenient for center city.

These geniuses lost my application for expedited passport renewal, including my old passport and the check for rush services, ruining travel plans and setting the whole process back MONTHS. Awful, totally incompetent, non-service. Avoid at all costs! Gov’t workers should get fired like the rest of us when they are perform like comatose clowns at their jobs.

Horrible service...only one person working during the busiest time of the year. I waited in line for over 15 minutes to only be told that they can not accept big packages. It is the holiday season....I see why this location has such bad reviews.

Girl in her later 20s early 30s in Nike Cap and nose ring, black gloves is not qualified to work here. She would not give me a receipt for proof of drop off, so I wanted to take a picture for my app to show I dropped it off. Before I could take a picture, she snatched my packages and threw them behind her and refused to return them. This is my first time at this office, and I won’t be returning. Will also be reporting her for misconduct as she took my packages and I cannot get them back, but they were not accepted into the system or on record that they were taken. I saw the screen the receipt as well, so I’m not sure why she refused to print a receipt. I do not have an attitude of any sort, but her conduct was still rude and extremely difficult. She is unqualified to be working with official mail.
