I wish I could give 0 stars. Never have I been treated so poorly at an establishment in my life. The man’s name was Francis and he locked the doors 17 minutes prior to closing and would yell at customers who said they are open until 5. He picked and chose who he wanted to help. He refused to assist me because I told him his behavior was not appropriate and he wasn’t operating based on the posted hours. This business is open until 5PM according to USPS hours. Last time I checked you can’t pick and choose the hours of a government facility. I would strongly recommend avoiding this post office. If the employees don't want to do their jobs or work, they should not have them. I will be filing a complaint online. The staff cannot respect proper operating hours for folks who have to work and make time to drop things off before closing.

It’s only fair to come back just about a year or later, and give an update. I’ve been avoiding the post office for a year because I was so upset with the service. But I’ll be honest with you; things I’ve really improved. It’s not that the Esaí has changed, but it seems like everyone is in a much better place and much more happy and patient with customers. I appreciate the staff and I appreciate the post office and everything I do. I think everybody should give them another try. In regard to this location lol

Some of the staff is usually fairly friendly here. That's never a big issue. However, there's always just ONE person behind the counter, despite there typically being a line at the door. As a daily visitor, my average wait-time is 30 minutes, just to drop off a package with a QR code. They DO NOT staff this place, even during peak season... it's pretty crazy. I can't remember the last time I've seen more than one worker at a time. It feels like there is a big issue on a weekly occurrence: - Many times where the doors will be locked nearly an hour before their listed closing time. - Sometimes it's the doors being locked an hour or so AFTER their listed opening time. - They'll tell you they're "not accepting packages," which defeats their purpose. - Their "systems" will be down very, very, frequently. To Management: Please staff this place and support it like any other normal USPS office. Or simply close your doors and save the community the frustration.

This place has been acting strange lately. Once I came over before 4 PM (although work hours are 8am-5PM) to drop a package off. A guy came out and said he can take the package and give me tracking number. I said ok, whatever. 3-4 days later I came over at 3PM the door was locked, a woman came and put the sign saying “on break will be back at 4:15PM. Today I came to drop a package off at 4:15, the door is locked again and a woman came out and said they are closed. I said work hours are from 8-5. She said “bot today”. There were two workers and both Extremely rude. There were people inside and outside waiting. This is not acceptable.

How the USPS comes to hire customer facing staff with the attitude and practices of their employees at this location is beyond me. At over 70 cents a stamp, we are getting treated awfully but deserve better.
