I had a package that was shipped here on 3/24 and it hasn't been scanned or moved since. ... I also had a package that was picked up in Dallas on 3/26 went to Coppell(3/27) and to Shreveport(3/28). Needless to say it is back at this location and I'm sure I will not receive it. ... Both of these encounters happened within 2 weeks of each other. I put in a request for follow up and of course no one has reached out. I would rather ship everything through FedEx or UPS because USPS is ridiculous.

Package was suppose to be delivered January 18 it is now January 25 I called usps customer service i was told it was last scanned in at this location and hasn't been been scanned into the next location but it's in transit to the next location.No help she literally told me what it says on the app 6 days in transit to next facility ? From the other reviews looks like I'm not getting it

Same story here - waiting on a delivery for 12 days now. My package has cycled from 'out for delivery' back to in transit at the Distribution Center and an unknown delivery date. If I could give a negative star review I would. This is why the USPS has lost so much to FedEx and UPS - they deliver and track accurately. It would be great to actually get someone on the phone at USPS, but that's like seeing a unicorn - impossible. Another customer summed it up - this place is a black hole.

I have had numerous packages and letters go completely missing or delayed by MONTHS! I have 3 that are lost right now that were mailed out 16 days ago. I can't get anyone to tell me how to resolve the problem. Was told once it makes it to Dallas, good luck. No one to contact. No one to help. I will drive over and get my packages if I could just get ahold of someone!

I mailed a package that arrived at this center on 11/07 and that was apparently the last time that package was ever seen. This location is fill of nothing but thieves, liars and criminals. They were utterly unhelpful with trying to locate the package even when the postmaster in Seattle tried reaching out to them 3 separate times. I reached out to them as well and nothing. They wouldn’t even confirm whether the package left this location after it arrived. Apparently, they are used to getting away with it. Reading the other reviews on here, it is so appalling and shocking that they are allowed to do this without any repercussions. I hope whomever stole my MacBook burns to death!
