Please be warn, Sophie will add weight to your packages. If we are expecting to put in the exact weight on our labels the workers should do the same. They shouldn’t round up. Who knows how many times she rounded up to charge more. Please double check your packages. I had checked the at home and my scale showed 1lb. when getting USPS Sophie said she couldn’t accept it because it’s 5 oz under. I asked her to write it down. So I can fix it. You can see where she first put a 4 Unconsciously, then Went over with a 5. It all felt off so I went and used their lobby machine. Where it gave a different number. Then went back in line got another Person and the person gave me the right weight. So, just be warm. Every little oz, size of box, and location sending to counts. Don’t let them steal.

The items were shown to be delivered on 2pm August 12th. I checked my mailbox and they were not there. Then I checked and the status change to being delivered by 9:00 p.m. I checked my mailbox at 9:30 p.m. and they were not there. THIS MORNING the status changed again to being delivered on the 13th of August. After I drop the kids off at school, I checked my mailbox. NOTHING! I went to the post office and spoke with the nice guy at the front. Very professional! He took my information and went to the back to look for the packages. And then he brought me both of my packages. NUFF said.

Great customer service! I normally go around 3pm to drop off my packages. Michael is always very helpful and friendly yet professional. I get all my supplies and stamps here. They always help me with tracking and international shipping. Great clean location! 👏🏻

Courteous and efficient staff. Surprised at the lack of patronage. Fully functional APC including NFC reader and barcode scanner.
